Fr. MattWe would like to invite you to a Farewell Reception for Fr. Matt that will take place on Sunday, June 25, from 12:00 - 2:00 PM in the Parish Hall. Come join Fr. Matt for a pizza party! Pizza (including gluten-free pizza for those who need it), salad, cake, and ice cream will be served. We can't wait to see you there!

PASTORAL PLANNING UPDATE

On June 29, the three Catholic parishes of Branford (St. Mary, St. Therese, and St. Elizabeth) will be united into one parish named St. John Bosco Parish. This new, united parish will have the use of two church buildings: St. Mary Church and St. Therese Church. While St. Elizabeth Church will no longer have any regularly scheduled Masses, the parish family of St. Elizabeth will be a vital part of the new parish of St. John Bosco. We look forward to all the opportunities this merger will provide as our churches join together to form a more vibrant and prayerful Catholic community here in Branford.

Through our different ministry groups, we are happy to come pay a visit to homes, local nursing facilities, or hospitals for those who can't get out and to bring Holy Communion to those who would like to receive it.

If you or your loved ones are in need of this ministry, please call Joanne Fresco in the Parish Office at 203-488-1607. If she's not available, please leave a message on Extension 19 that includes your name and number and the name, address, and phone number of the person you'd like visited.
